About Bronweyn
Bronweyn is an E-RYT500hr asana yoga teacher and practitioner with over 500 hours of training experience and 2,500 hours of teaching experience in the Bay Area (CA). She began her yoga journey to cope with stress and anxiety and has found the movement to be meditative and grounding in her anxious body. Her classes focus on proper alignment and building strength mentally and physically. The opportunity to work 1:1 with Bronweyn allows you to focus on your individual goals. New students will learn how to move and breathe in their body and learn the foundations of the practice. Yoga or fitness instructors can rely on Bronweyn to hone in on their strengths and opportunities to be a high impact and effective instructor. Whether you are a student or a new yoga/fitness instructor, she will individualize your sessions so you can find more depth and authenticity.
Bronweyn has experience teaching adults and children in both in person and virtual sessions. She has coached teacher trainings as well as intensive trainings for practitioners and is looking forward to working with you on your goals!
